Inner well-being
Everyone can heal himself. It’s my approach to it. It’s not hard to heal. Healing is not about understanding but accepting. To me, healing is a step deeper than meditation.
Meditation is also a way to heal itself, but when you heal, you focus on a completely different way. You regard yourself and your everyday life in a new way. You associate your external reality with what is happening within yourself. It is when you enter that energy and philosophy that you are able to heal yourself.
For me healing is to see symbols and characters that often reflect what your soul needs. It never dies, but sometimes it may feel as if it is sick. What really hurts is your lack of joy, love and happiness. This is especially true when your physical body, your thoughts and feelings are challenged in everyday life. And then you can rightly ask what your soul or core needs right now. What does your soul really need right now?
When you do that, you enter into your consciousness. Your source within you and here you will find both recognition and understanding of what you are challenged with and why. You’ll find answers that make sense to you. It’s healing. The source within you is like a flower garden – sprouts that grow, flowers in full bloom. Always alive.
I use the colors when I heal myself. The colors always tell me what I need to look into. They lead me to the area of my life that needs to be cared for.
You will learn:
- That everything is as it should be.
- That your life is your responsibility
- To fill your life with joy and sincerity
- Finding the core of yourself
- Specific exercises that you can go straight home and use
