I practice three things every day that make a difference for me. Simple techniques that are always at hand and that I can always lean on. At times it can be very challenging to do them, but the effect of them is that I love my life – even when I feel that I am out on a limb.
I remind myself daily:
- To breathe in deeply.
- That everything is as it should be.
- To be present right here and now – to live in the now.
I know that these techniques can and will make a difference to you in your life too.
Everything will be wonderful – even though at times it does not feel that way. Through meditation you can reach the place where you strengthen your inner peace and balance to make it easier for you to be in what is.
